Who Is A VA?

​Who is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

​

A VA is someone who provides a service or a package of services from home with the aid of information technology and the internet, which facilitate a long-distance working relationship and make virtual assisting possible. VAs are highly skilled in the services they provide. 

​

 

A client's major reasons for using the services of a VA  include space constraint, cost constraint, the need for optimal use of an assistant who is not required on a full-time basis, the need for quality service from an expert in the relevant field, the need to focus on growing the business instead of on administrative tasks, an aversion to personally performing administrative tasks, work overload or temporary engagement due to staff vacation.

FULL SERVICE

(This Package is Charged at $110,000 Per Month for Work Done Four Hours Per Day Monday to Friday)​​

Visit the Client's Site, Establish a Filing System, File Documents, Maintain the Filing System

Telephone Dictation

Take Dictation by Telephone, Transcribe the Dictation, Dispatch the Typed Document via Email

​Word Processing

Copy Typing, Audio Typing

Appointments & Travel Arrangements

 Schedule Appointments, Make Travel Arrangements, Follow-up on Important Matters, Monitor and Respond to Emails, Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders by Email, Skype, Phone or WhatsApp

Note;

As a Client, you may have additional business needs that require the services of a VA. Should this apply in your case, we may discuss these needs to determine whether I will be able to be of further assistance.

How It Works
How it Works
Documents for Word-Processing

​

You Will:

Dictate the notes via phone or Skype or

Scan and email the draft notes or

Email a voice recording of the draft notes

​

I Will:
 

Type the notes

Email to you a PDF draft with or without track changes for your approval

(you pay at this point if you are a new client, for the first five (5) transactions 

or within 7 days of the invoice date if you are an established client)

Finalise the clean document upon your approval

Email the clean document to you for printing or

Email the clean document directly to the recipient(s) upon your approval

Establishing the Working Relationship
 

You will make the initial contact

You and I will meet via Skype to discuss your business needs

We both will decide on the service(s) you need

You will read, agree to and sign the Service Contract

You will complete and return the Client Intake Form

You will commission the work to be done (with a deposit, if necessary)

I will perform and submit the work based on established procedures

I will submit an invoice at the agreed interval

You will settle the invoice in a timely manner
